Are you passionate about creating high-quality dairy products? We are looking for dedicated and skilled individuals to head our yoghurt production team and help us craft delicious, premium products.

Key Responsibilities

· Line Management: Oversee operations of the yoghurt production, incubation, and packaging lines.

· Staff Supervision: Roster, train, and guide shift operators to maintain high safety and performance metrics.

· Process Oversight: Monitor incubation, filling, and cooling times for precise quality. Prepare and manage yoghurt ingredients and supplies

· Pasteurisation Control: Ensure milk pasteurisation and standardisation meet regulatory and internal food safety standards.

· Quality Assurance: Maintain thorough compliance batch records under HACCP, SQF, and NASAA organic certifications.

· Inventory & Continuous Improvement: Monitor raw ingredient levels, track waste, and optimise line throughput. Actively support continuous improvement of production processes

Qualifications:

· Production Line Leadership: Proven experience managing commercial food or beverage manufacturing lines. Previous experience in yoghurt manufacture or food production preferred

· Dairy Industry Background: Knowledge of dairy processing and hygiene standards

· Pasteurisation Knowledge: Strong working knowledge of pasteurisation equipment, temperature charts, and milk safety parameters is highly desirable.

· Leadership Capabilities: Exceptional communication skills with a natural ability to motivate and lead diverse floor teams. Ability to work in a team and attention to detail

· Technical Compliance: Excellent literacy in digital manufacturing systems and compliance documentation.

· Mindset & Outlook : Flexible and reliable with a passion for quality food production
