Suttontown, Australia Part time R-176030 **Job Description** As a Production Operator, you will play a vital role in our manufacturing process, ensuring that our products are made in a safe environment, meet the highest standards of quality and contribute to the efficiency of our manufacturing process. **This role is part time (fixed term) on a rotating shift - Day/Afternoon/Night, with a base rate of $40.04 per hour following initial training.** Your key responsibilities include; + Following safety standards and procedures to ensure a safe working environment + Producing products according to specifications and Quality standards + Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet Quality standards + Setting up, operating, monitoring and adjusting production machinery and equipment + Basic machine troubleshooting and maintenance + Use of SAP and other online computer systems + Active use of lean manufacturing tools including 5Y, Kaizen and One Point Lessons to reduce losses across the plant + Maintaining a clean and organized work environment + Collaborating with team members to meet production goals and deadlines + Reporting any issues to the Shift Leader or Manager **What you will bring:** A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career.
